FAITH · FAMILY · NATURE · STILLNESS

Rest your heart in the meadow.

A soft space for the modern woman cultivating spirit, home, and the sacred ordinary minutes — the small moments that weave the tapestry of a life.

A woman tending to her garden in the soft light of Liorah Meadows.

A WELCOME

I am so happy you found us.

Hi, I’m Jasmine—a woman, daughter, friend, mother, and homeschooler of three wonderful children.

I have spent much of my life in survival mode. Childhood trauma, health struggles, heartache, single motherhood, undiagnosed ADHD, grief, substance abuse, and unhealthy choices taught me how to function in chaos. For a long time, I believed wearing myself thinner and thinner made me valuable. Now I am learning that my worth was never measured by how much I could carry.

I don’t come to you from the finish line, and I will never pretend to have everything figured out. I am still healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am learning to live with more grace, patience, joy, and intention—and to lean on Yahweh when life feels heavy.

Liorah Meadows grew from that journey.

This is a place to take a deep breath, quiet some of the noise, and remember that you are not alone. Here, I share honest stories and reflections, faith and encouragement, motherhood and homeschooling, life in the garden, from-scratch recipes, travel adventures, and practical ways to create a slower, more meaningful life.

My hope is that you find something here that helps you feel seen, strengthens your faith, brings peace into your home, or reminds you of who you are and what you are capable of.

Whether you stay for one story or walk beside me for years, I am so happy you are here. Grab a cup of tea, take a deep breath, and simply be for a while.

Welcome to the Meadow.

— Jasmine

The Autumn I Ceased Forcing My Recovery

For a long time, I treated my healing like a checklist to complete or a race to win. It took a dormant season in the yard, witnessing the quiet, hidden restoration of the land, to teach me the beauty of a gentler pace. True wholeness is never a sprint; it is the natural, seasonal process of becoming that only asks for our time and our breath.

“No flower in a meadow feels a rush. It simply blooms when the time is right.”
